Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the complete implementation of automation and robotics projects, from concept to commissioning. You will be involved in all stages of project execution, including:

  • Design and development
  • PLC and robot programming
  • Workshop testing and validation
  • Commissioning and start-up
  • Electrical wiring
  • End-user training and operational support
  • Maintenance and troubleshooting

You will join a team of two Automation & Robotics Technicians/Engineers.

Profile

You hold at least a 2-year higher education qualification (Associate Degree/BTS level or equivalent), ideally in automation, robotics, or a related field, or have equivalent professional experience. You are eager to work in a fast-growing and innovative industry.

As part of our continued growth, we are looking to recruit a Mold Designer (M/F).

Reporting to the Head of the Design Office, you will be responsible for the design of injection molds and related tooling. Your main duties will include:

  • Designing mold kinematics and detailed mold components, and preparing the corresponding technical documentation for manufacturing.
  • Creating 3D assembly models and technical specifications for molds.
  • Monitoring the manufacturing and assembly of new molds.
  • Following up on tooling production and production start-up activities.
  • Participating in weekly Design Office continuous improvement meetings.
  • Managing outsourced tooling components and suppliers.
  • Adapting customer part requirements to the specific features and constraints of our technology.

Profile

You hold a BTS in Tooling Design and Manufacturing (or equivalent qualification) and have a strong command of CAD software. You possess solid mechanical and technical knowledge, including calculations, 3D dimensioning, and technical drawing interpretation.

You have at least 5 years of experience as a Mold Designer in the plastic injection molding industry.

Your autonomy, adaptability, responsiveness, analytical mindset, curiosity, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills will enable you to succeed in this role.

We are looking for a Tooling Maintenance Technician (M/F) to perform maintenance on injection molds, special tooling, and injection units used in the production of Metal Injection Molding (MIM) components.

Profile

This role requires a basic background in microtechnology and offers the opportunity to develop a wide range of tooling skills, including fitting and assembly, tool condition analysis, cleaning and lubrication of moving parts, and EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining).

We are looking for a detail-oriented and communicative candidate with a strong sense of responsibility, pride in producing high-quality work, and an appreciation for a versatile, hands-on role.

Required Skills

  • Interpret mold and die drawings and technical plans.
  • Fit, adjust, and assemble tooling components according to specifications.
  • Follow metrology standards and measurement procedures.
  • Comply with quality standards and procedures.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
  • Perform first-level maintenance operations.
